When booking your flights, you should plan to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). The resort is approximately 20 minutes south of the airport.

We highly encourage guests to arrive by November 22, 2025 to join in on all the wedding events. The wedding ceremony is on November 23, 2025.

Private transportation to and from the airport is complimentary when you book a minimum of 3 nights with our promocode. The transportation company, Seasons Tours, is the resort’s in-house transportation company. Seasons will provide 1 complimentary transfer per room reservation. Once you’ve booked your flights, please reserve your included transfer.

You must book your transfer with Seasons Tours at least 1 week before arrival. On your booking confirmation email, there is a direct link to book your transfer. If you cannot locate the email you can email Seasons Tours directly at transfers@seasonstours.com

You will need a valid passport to travel to Cancun, Mexico. The resort will also ask for your passport when you check in for your stay.

Please note that your passport needs to be valid for at least six months after your travel dates. This means your passport cannot have an expiration date prior to May 28, 2026.
